Browsing this website
The enquiry form prepares an email draft in your browser. It does not upload, save or send your form entries through this website. You must review and send the draft from your own email app. The website does not run advertising or visitor analytics, or set cookies or browser storage through its own code. Fonts and illustrations are served with the website.
Cloudflare provides hosting and processes technical traffic information, which may include IP addresses and request details, to deliver and protect the website. This means browsing is not entirely free of personal-data processing. We do not keep our own visitor-level application logs or export hosting logs.
Booking a call
Booking buttons take you to Cal.com. Cal.com is not embedded here. If you follow a booking link, Cal.com processes information on its own service. Please read Cal.com’s privacy notice before booking. We use booking details to arrange and respond to your requested project discussion.
If you contact us
If you choose to email hello@arkoz.co.uk, we use the details you provide to respond to your enquiry. We retain enquiry records for 12 months. Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering a contract, where applicable, and our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and operating and protecting our website. We do not use an enquiry as automatic permission for marketing.
Providers and international processing
Cloudflare hosts this website, Cal.com handles bookings, and Google provides our email service for hello@arkoz.co.uk. These providers may process information outside the UK. Their privacy notices explain how they handle information and international transfers: Cloudflare, Cal.com and Google.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests.
